I’m a multi-faceted designer with previous backgrounds in music education, event production, food & beverage, and customer service, all of which have given me valuable insights that can be leveraged across User Experience, Customer Experience, and Service Design landscapes.

My current design work has lead me into critical infrastructure by way of the elections industry where I touch several election technology products at a large-scale election vendor. Our products serve government and election offices as well as over 70 million American voters across the country through our print and mail services, hardware, and software solutions.

My previous design work centered around custom A.I. and Machine Learning software products and mobile apps for B2B and B2C clients.

I am continually pursuing interests and skill development within a multitude of fields including: UI/UX, Human-Computer Interaction, Human-Factors Engineering & Psychology, User Research, Data Analysis, Customer Experience, and Service Design.

 

People are my passion and my curiosity in human behavior leads me in creating intuitive, clean, and aesthetically pleasing human-centered designs.

When I'm not designing or thinking about it... I love spending time with my family, playing piano, studying and foraging for wild edible foods, cooking, making art, reading, and finding my next favorite bottle of wine!
